It was very easy to ensamble, it only took me about 30 minutes without assistance —though I recommend watching the installation guide video on their youtube channel if you struggle with written instructions like myself lol.
The quality is amazing for the price, I was surprised! We needed a small cat tree for our small apartment and it’s just the perfect size. I love how it looks and matches our apartment’s furnitures. It’s way easier to clean than those that have stuffed all over, and the soft pads are conveniently detachable to wash when needed.
Also shipping was surprisingly fast and well packed (it actually arrived a week early and my sofa appreciates it, it’s been scratched non stop since our kitten arrived 3 days ago).

The cat tower is incredibly easy to assemble (can be done by one person) with the instructions provided. It is very sturdy and stable and PAWZ Road also provide a small rope within the packaging that you can wrap around one of the poles which can then be nailed into the wall if you feel like your cats might knock it over while playing (or doing their zoomies). My cats took some time warming up to the little basket but now they sit in there everyday! We also love how tall it is, so that my cats can truly climb up and see far and wide within our apartment as well as outside.

Overall the shipping was quick - though they didn't have stock in Canada, it was still here within a week which is impressive. The customer service representative also accidentally cancelled my order from their end when cancelling someone else's order but notified me quickly after and threw in a complimentary scratcher which I really appreciated.

Overall very happy with this purchase! We got it on sale too which makes it even better, so keep an eye our for deals and it'll be worth it!

Very good! It's really the taff for the price! In the trade is at least double! Really very nice and easy to ride 30 minutes barely! Beautiful rendering that will be easy to customize if I want to change! Very well packaged
